Mickey's Family Crab House is located in Bethany Beach, Delaware 1 Block from the ocean. Mickeys Family Crab House has been up and running since May of 1990, which makes us now going on our 17th season. It was founded by Michael Walker, best known to all as "Mickey." The main attraction to the restaurant is, of course, the steamed crabs. However, we also serve a wide array of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees. Always focusing on quality above anything else, we always strive to find the best, local, high quality ingredients in all our food right down to the fresh produce. We stand to have a casual, laid back, atmosphere catering to all. We have a standard lunch, dinner, and children’s menu, as well as offering several daily specials created in the kitchen with TLC! You can also order Steamed Crabs and Crab Cakes for carry out, or order Mickeys Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Steamed Crabs to be shipped overnight via Fed Ex. Please check out Internet store on page 5 for all our products. So when you vacation in Bethany, come on in and meet our friendly staff. Have a cold one and eat some awesome Seafood. We offer all you can eat specials all year round. We offer special seating for large parties. We also can cater your crab feast off site. Call for details. Thanks for surfing!

BETHANYRESTAURANTS.COM REVIEW
This is a great crab/seafood place with the atmosphere of a run down shanty, which it is. But, those of us who go here all the time don't mind eating on brown paper covered picnic tables and don't want its rustic charm changed one bit. It is located on Rt 1 near the Bethany Holiday Inn express.

Even off-season Mickeys has great dishes. We were just there after New Years 2010 and the Oysters were best we've had this season. And it's a fun to be for the football playoffs. Go Ravens.

My friend and I were looking for all you can eat crabs kind of late just before the season started this year. Mickey's was open the latest. I called and they said they were open until 10 or when it starts dying down. We got there around 9 and stayed until 11 and they offered us crabs until we were done. They were the best crabs that I have had in quite a long time, and the best ever for all you can eat. Typically you get small and fairly empty crabs with all you can eat deals, but at Mickey's ours were mediums and a couple larges even! And they were all full! They tasted great too! The staff was friendly and we had a very attentive waitress in this very authentic atmosphere. The prices were a little higher than other all you can eat deals in the area, but I think it was well worth the extra $5-10. I can't wait to go back!

I have to agree with the last reviewer about the prices getting a little out of hand at Mickey's, but I will note that the same is true throughout much of the restaurant industry and particularly at the beach where the season is so short. However, I do think the food at Mickey's is first rate...I just don't go as often as I once did because of the rising prices and instead often opt for a cheaper restaurant like the Cottage Cafe.

These reviews are highly overrated. We went back to Mickey's because we had a good experience several years ago. The hostess wasn't a hoot, but rather nasty and flippant. Though the crabs were great the prices here are much higher than they should be. Look around and you will find much better prices.

One of our favorite restaurants in the area. The entrees are delicious, the crabs are some of the best prepared crabs I have ever had, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Nice, small bar area too. Always a good time, well worth any wait.

We ate at Mickey's last weekend and had a spectacular meal of all you can eat crabs, oysters (served several different ways), shrimp and hush puppies. The crabs were medium, on the smaller side, and from Texas and Louisianna, but each and every one of them was packed with meat and had solid points for those of you that eat the points. At the price of $40 a person, we thought it was a great deal
