My favorite restaurant. Not just in Bethany Beach, but my favorite restaurant ever. The mushroom and beet plate is one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. Their fries are special, amazing. The food is fresh and creatively prepared. The drinks are absolutely delicious. The dragon, a spicy habanero margarita, is amazing. It is true, that they do not seem to contain high amounts of alcohol. But that just means that you can enjoy more! I wish 14 Global we're closer to where I live year round.

Had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time now. Friend and I went this weekend. We were disappointed and won't be returning. First no ambiance. Bunch of tables and about 6 waiters/waitress's hovering by the bar when not taking orders or serving. Our waitress was a bit pushy trying to get us more than we wanted to begin with. She assumed we didn't know what tapa style was but we let her go on with her speil. We started with Asian crab dip small plate. The crab dip was okay but the wontons for dipping were obviously fried and we don't do fried foods. I had the encrusted halibut. That was a mistake. It is encrusted in some very salty coating. Neither one of us liked it and left it on plate. Friend ordered lobster tacos. Nothing spectacular. Some sort of bland cheese was sprinkled over them and did nothing for the dish. The biggest disappointment was with the drinks. They were pretty but obviously didn't contain any, or very little, alcohol. You would think that after two $10 drinks, each, we would have had some sort of buzz. No buzz. Didn't have to worry about getting DWI on way home. The dinner/drinks totaled $110 before tip. Friend had stomach ache on way home. Won't be back!!!!!!!!!

14 Global is a beautiful new restaurant and it is owned by my hard working best friend Tia Sexton. Not sure who Matt is that was referenced by the previous review. The food is creative and absolutely delicious cooked by chef Shane Kellagher. Tia great job. I am so proud of you and John..

What can I say about Tia and John and their staff..There is so much talen there. The food is extraordinary. It is hands down the best restaurante in Bethany and the surrounding area are as there as often as possible. it is the best food we have ever eaten. Tia is the best bartender among all the other things she does at one time. Try the dragon some time it is the best....

So very happy to learn they will be open all winter. Had a wonderful evening tonight , combo happy hour specials and oysters from regular specials. Food is really excellent and we love the ever changing variety. Oysters with a horseradish cream, amazing. Jalapenos with ? short rib and something wrapped in bacon, all we could say was OMG! Little bison burgers and mahi tacos, again omg.
